habenada peppers (the no-heat habanero) a bunch of

cilantro and a small garlic bulb.   Recipe below

Sweet Tomatillo Salsa

Six Queen of Malinalco Tomatillos

Half a cup go Mango or Pineapple

Two Habanada peppers

Two cloves Garlic

A bunch of Cilantro - stems and leaves

Remove the husks from the tomatillos and wash the fruit in cold water to remove the sticky coating. Cut tomatillos and Habanada peppers in half and place on a baking tray. Set the tray under a hot broiler for 3 minutes or so, until the skins begin to blacken.

Allow these to cool and blend with the other ingredients in a blender or processor.

A slice of fresh pear works in place of the mango. You can always add a hot pepper if you want the salsa hot and spicy
